Team Lead R&D Alternative Protein m/w/d

Your tasks:

​​

• You work with your small team on allergeen free Plant-based Meat-alternatives

• The products should have excellent formability and can be adapted to virtually any meat, poultry or seafood substitute application to significantly improve taste and texture.

• Professional leadership / training of R & D 

• Planning and execution of projects

• steering and prioritizing resources

• Support / demand compliance with the Stage-Gate process

• Comply with / create global standards and ensure knowledge transfer

• Identifying / using external know-how, start-ups or other technical service providers

Your profile:

• Technical education, with preferably 5-10 years of relevant experience in this field
• Proven success in achieving goals
• proven leadership skills
• Strong personality with a positive attitude to change
• Outstanding communication and motivation skills
• English in spoken and written
• Willingness to travel and multicultural understanding
