Technical Sales Manager Cocoa products m/f


for Business to Business clients


Location: home office 

Area:  Poland

Language Skill: Polish and English


  • Food technological education (must have!) 

  • minimum 5 years experience with Food ingredients sales  

  • economical thinking 

  • ability to solve technological problems and the passion for developing good food products 

  • comunication and analytical skills, highly organized, reliable 

  • good negotiation skills, positive thinking 

  • fluent in written and spoken English and Polish 

  • driving license, prepared to travel 

Responsibilities of Sales manager:

  • develop sales strategy for dedicated ingredients (business development) 

  • analyze market and product range of suppliers to find new potentials 

  • visit customers in Poland, analyze their needs 

  • developing tailor-made recipes for customers where required 

  • attend production trials at customers / make small-scale trials in our application kitchen 

  • creating price offers / follow-up of projects & payments from customers 

  • reporting to suppliers / alignment of strategy with suppliers in accordance with our Category managers 

  • keep good relations with suppliers 

  • usage of internal computer program 

  • checking of legal requirements (registrations, labelling, importing,…)
