GFIC recruits for an international Flavour House:

 

Key account Manager Flavours Ukraine m/f/d

Experience:  

·    must have 

·       at least 10 years in selling of flavours/foodingredinets in the Ukrainian market

·    language skills: Ukrainian, Russian, English 

·    knowing the Ukrainian Flavour/Food & Beverage  Market 

 

Tasks:

 

  • Focuses on growing and developing sales with existing client as well as generating new businesses at new potential customers 

  • Plans, establishes and executes customer development plans 

  • Manages price negotiations with customers; builds on the support of the commercial line manager 

  • Establishes sales budgets for his/her customers, and update forecasts in the systems on a regular basis

  • Ensures that correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner 

  • Acts as trusted partner and advisor as main contact to customers

  • Serves as the link of communication between customers, marketing and the internal teams 

  • Resolves any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

  • Plays an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

  • Is responsible for specific agreements with customers (confidentiality agreements, commercial contracts, …etc), jointly with relevant departments (Legal, R&D, Management, …etc)

  • Defines expenses budget, to be validated by his/her management, and commits to the financial frame provided by management 

  • Communicates frequently with Customer Service and other functions (regulatory, for example) as to ensure a satisfactory service level to clients.

  • Monitors customer payments in cooperation with Finance

  • Create specific administrative documents to ensure a satisfying communication inside the organization: Visit reports, claims,… 

 

Reports directly to General Manager Ukraine

 

Education ideally BSc/BA in food technology, business administration, sales or relevant field of technological background of the related business 

 

Professional experience:

  • Proven experience in sales and providing client-focused solutions based on customer needs within the flavour or beverage industry

  • Excellent presentation and organization skills 

  • Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills with professionals of all organizational levels

  • Strong solution selling and relationship building skills

  • Highly self-motivated 

  • Position requires the willingness to travel on a highly frequent basis
