Global Team leader R & D meat and meat substitute (m / w / d)

Your tasks:

• Leading (technical and disciplinary) a team of specialists to meet the technical needs of the Meat, Poultry, Seafood (MPS) market segment
• Professional leadership / training of R & D employees in the country organizations
• Planning and execution of projects
• steering and prioritizing resources
• Distribute / coordinate tasks to the different R & D locations
• Support / demand compliance with the Stage-Gate process
• Comply with / create global standards and ensure knowledge transfer
• Identifying / using external know-how, start-ups or other technical service providers

Your profile:

• Technical education, with preferably 10 years of relevant experience in this field
• Proven success in achieving goals
• proven leadership skills
• Strong personality with a positive attitude to change
• Outstanding communication and motivation skills
• English in spoken and written
• Willingness to travel and multicultural understanding
