Your Role

Grow our market share in "Dairy Ingredient Sales" and execute global sales strategy
Handle customers in the Dairy industry (e.g. Flavour-, Colour-, Exctract, fruit preparations)
Realize account development within customer base in the european region
Identify new business opportunities by leveraging the full potential of our product & service portfolio
Develop tailored marketing concepts and actively contribute to an excellence customer experience
Plan assortment of products, prices and conditions
Coordinate customer and innovation projects and track smart process execution in cooperation with other departments
Active customer service and relationship management
Analyze competitor activities and define appropriate approach

Your Profile

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales within the Ingredient Industry
Successfully completed degree in business administration or food technology or equivalent
Good knowledge of the B2B ingredient market snd suppliers
Product knowledge about some of the major ingredients for food and beverage (e.g. flavours, colours, extracts, juices etc.)
Dynamic business attitude and high level of customer Focus
Teamwork abilities, organized, target oriented, good relationship abilities
Fluent English and good German skills, additional languages beneficial
Willingness to travel throughout Europe
