GFIC is recruiting for a Global Leader in Food Ingredient and Flavours the

​

Meat Ingredients Specialist Eastern Europe m/f/d 

• You live in Poland, to work close together with the  R & D center in Warsaw

• You could also be resident in Austria (other location are also possible)

• You speak very good Russian and English

• Travel time at least 60-70%! with topic of Poland, Russia and other CIS countries 

• Practical technological knowledge about meat production

• Successfully completed butcher training

• Experience in the industrial production of meat and sausage products

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides technological support and consulting for regional and international customers in the defined areas of Poland, Ukraine, Central Asia and the Caucasus markets

• Focuses on growing and developing existing clients as well as generating new business with potential customers

• Acts as a technical sales support in close collaboration with the local sales account managers to define the scope of new customer projects

• Works out product formulations by using the companies  meat solutions and technologies for the customer’s end products based on their requirements

• Produces meat products of all kinds at the Warsaw Meat Technology Centre for customer presentations and degustation purposes

• Runs industrial trials at the customers’ production sites

• Develops innovative solutions for new product concepts to attract new

• product launches by our customers

• Fills specific administrative documents 

• communication inside the organization: timely reporting on monthly basis and after customers' visits - CTR, Visit Reports, Project Tracking

Education and training:

• High education  butcher training / master butcher / Meat-cutting Technician)

Languages:

• Fluent in Russian

• Fluent English (written and verbally) is required

• Polish would be an advantage

Professional experience:

• Proven experience in the industrial production of meat and sausage products

• Sales experience with ingredients for the meat producing industry

• Practical technological knowledge of meat production

• Ability to work with technological documentation

• Good computer knowledge (MS Office)

• Highly self-motivated

• Proactivity, conscientiousness, ambition to self-improvement and

• development

• Position requires the willingness to travel on a highly frequent basis

• Understanding of market requirements

• Ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences concerning technical

and business needs​
