European Sales & Markting Director Food Ingredients m/f/d

Location: Northern Italy

 

Role: The Director of Sales & Marketing develops and directs all sales, marketing and business development activities in Europe

​

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·      Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets.

·      Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team

 

Qualifications and experience:

·      Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.g. Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Powders)

·  closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors, VPs and owners / executives

·      Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.

·      Strong fit with the Company’s culture and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and experience:

·      Bachelor or Master’s degree with a preference for sciences or food technology / ingredients and/or MBA

​

·      Fluent in English and other european languages are an asset 

·      Minimum 10 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment within the food industry
