Benelux Sales Manager Food Ingredient m/f/d

GFIC is recruiting for a Global Leader in Food Ingredients the

Sales Manager Food Ingredients  m/f/d for Benelux.

  • you work from home office in the area or live close to the area at the german side of the border

  • You speak fluent Dutch and English

  • You have first experience in selling Hydrocolloids like starches, pectin, xanthan or other value added  Food Ingredients etc.


•   Account Management of the existing customer base    

•   New customer / business development 

•   Identify and execute sales with new customers and distributor customers 

•Growth generation with local + international key customers

 Take responsibility for selected regional + international key customers in Benelux and grow them in line with the EMEA strategic plan 

•   Identify & deliver a pipeline of new projects of innovative and 
differentiated products (at buying & non-buying accounts) and in close cooperation with distributors 

•   Project management within cross-functional internal teams 

•   Transfer Company´s marketing tools to distributors, new and existing


  • Hold a Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in a scientific or economic


  • Minimum 3 years sales experience needed

  • Background in business to business sales is important

  • Good technical understanding and communication skills

  • Very good understanding of sales and marketing principles

  • Computer and Project Skills (i.e. Microsoft Office,

  • Fluent Dutch and English (written & verbal), French an advantage
